Moraga Retreat Care approach is resident-centered. Upon admission, the Administrator evaluates a resident's health, capabilities and desires. A CarePlan is put in place and introduced to staff - changes are noted and evaluated daily, and communicated with families and medical staff as needed.
Medication management helps to ensure all necessary medications are taken and re-ordered when needed.
Delicious meals are home-cooked and with regard to requirements and preferences.
Physical activities are led by a licensed Physical Therapist, complemented by artistic and social gatherings including musical sessions.
Participation is up to the resident's liking.
Beauty services are available on demand.
And of course, we also take care of housekeeping and laundry.
